Inspired by the common mexican juice Vampiro and an ever-present love of carrot juice, (pure, fresh, carrot juice) Betabel, an all-natural juicery, was founded. Yes, juice is our passion. Betabel offers a variety of vegetable and fruit juices, and cafe de olla. All made with whole ingredients - delivering nutrients straight from the source. We juice at select farmers markets, pop-up events, and special events throughout San Diego, CA. Our juices are made using local produce, the majority of it sourced from Southern California farms. At Betabel, we are care about health, community, and sustainability. That's why we source the majority of our fruits and vegetables from local farms throughout Southern California. To make our business more sustainable, we invite you to bring your own container! We will serve your drink in the container of your choice. Containers must be empty and clean.
